GRAPHIC STUDIO
We have our own graphic studio that provides clients with comprehensive service from conceptualization to prototype creation. Our creative staff is always ready to present their ideas and design various types of promotional materials.
We work with top-class computer equipment, using professional software from Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Graphic Suite.
Color accuracy is crucial to us, and by hardware-calibrating colors on our monitors, we ensure that clients receive exactly what they expect.
EXPOSURE ROOM
We use the Agfa Avantra imagesetter, capable of exposing films sized 76x65cm at 3600dpi resolution, which fully meets our needs.
Emphasizing quality, we conduct continuous densitometric control to ensure accurate color reproduction in printing.
PREPRESS DEPARTMENT
The professionalism of our staff and equipment from renowned companies make us self-sufficient in preparing matrices and specialized tools for printing machines.
COMPREHENSIVE SCREEN PRINTING PREPARATION – NEW SERVICES
On October 23, 2012, we completed the installation and launched a fully automated screen printing preparation department.
The investment was co-financed with European Union funds under an agreement with the Silesian Entrepreneurship Center. The preparation department includes equipment from the Swiss company Grunig, a global leader in screen printing devices. The following devices are part of the department:
1 – Grunig G-STRECH 215 for pneumatic stretching and framing of screens
2 – Grunig G-DRY 550 for drying screen frames
3 – Grunig G-COAT 404 for automatic application of screen emulsion
4 – Grunig G-COAT 401 complete trough system for applying screen emulsion
5 – Grunig G-WASCH 112 for automatic degreasing, reclaiming, and rinsing of screens after exposure
6 – Grunig G-WASH 040 version U1/A1 for automatic filtration and recirculation of solvents or water, cooperating with G-WASH 112
7 – Grunig G-WASH 104/A2 for automatic cleaning of screen frames after printing
8 – Grunig G-WASH 040 version U2/A1 for automatic filtration and recirculation of solvents or water, cooperating with G-WASH 104
